Please fill open positions typeform. We look forward to hearing from you on why you’re interested and what resonates with you. After reviewing your application the hiring team decides whether to invite you to an interview. No matter if that’s the case or not, we will always get back to you with an update.
We start off the interviewing phase, by having a short video call where we get to know each other, and where we usually ask some simple questions, such as “How did you find out about LIGHTHOUSE TECHNOLOGIES?” and “When are you available to join?”.
After this step, there are at least two interviews: one based on technical and skills experience, and another focused on your life and work experiences. In the former, we’re interested in hearing about the kind of work you’ve done previously, in the latter we talk about topics such as how you like to give and receive feedback or how you handle fussy projects.
Please keep in mind that, depending on the team and the position you apply to, the interviews can vary. Regardless, we will keep you updated about what comes next, throughout the entire hiring phase. Lately, almost all of our interviews happen via video-call. During all interviews and all stages, you’re invited to ask questions and inquire on any pertinent information.
The interviewing journey, as well as the decision, is a two way street. It’s about you making a decision to work for LIGHTHOUSE TECHNOLOGIES and the team deciding they want to work with you. If both sides agree, the Hiring Manager will review the offer letter with you.
Once we all agree, you’ll walk into a fulfilling position and we’ll start to prepare your individual Onboarding. Our goal is to make sure you have the best start possible that ensures your success!
