I. IDENTITY AND ADDRESS OF THE RESPONSIBLE. LIGHTHOUSE TECHNOLOGIES RESPONSIBLE SOCIETY OF LIMIT VARIABLE CAPITAL(the “Responsible” and/or “Lighthouse Technologies”), will be in charge of processing the personal data that you (the “Owner”) provide us. For the purposes indicated in this Privacy Notice, the Responsible Party indicates its address at 487 72 street, Interior A, Downtown, Mérida, Yuc. 97000, Mexico.

II. PERSONAL DATA THAT WILL BE SUBMITTED TO TREATMENT. The personal data that the Holder provides through the physical or electronic filing and submission and that will be subject to treatment are (i) name (s), paternal surname and maternal surname; (ii) address; (iii) email; (iv) telephone, cellphone and/or fax number; (v) photography; (vi) academic degrees information (vii) academic and employment history (previous jobs); (viii) and data related to interest in jobs; (ix) skills and abilities; and (x) employment claims (including salary) (the “Data”).

III. SENSITIVE PERSONAL DATA. The Responsible will not request in any way, and the Holder will not provide the Responsible at any time, “sensitive personal data”, that is, those intimate personal data or whose misuse may give rise to discrimination or entail a serious risk for the Holder. The Owner undertakes not to provide the Responsible party with any information regarding their racial or ethnic origin, religious, philosophical, and/or moral beliefs, union affiliation, political opinions, and/or sexual preference. In the event that the Owner provides sensitive data through documents delivered physically or via email, he accepts and consents that they are treated in accordance with the terms and conditions of the website and its Privacy Notice, being the Owner’s obligation not to provide this type of data to third parties.

IV. OF THE USE OF YOUR DATA. Your Data will be processed for the following purposes: Primary.- • For the quotation, monitoring, updating, and confirmation regarding products and services to be contracted or already contracted. • To affiliate, under any of the various categories, those interested in formalizing business relationships with Lighthouse Technologies. • For the evaluation and weighting of personnel selection, as well as for the formalization of the hiring of professional or labor services required by Lighthouse Technologies, including (i) Labor hiring or service provision processes; (ii) Delivery of references in the event that another person or company requests reports on possible candidates for a position, job, position or commission. • For the fulfillment of any legal obligation derived from the relations between the owner and Lighthouse Technologies.

Marketing.- • For sending promotions, offers, and advertising of Lighthouse Technologies as well as offering new products and services.

Accessories.- • For the evaluation of the quality of the service provided; carry out internal quality and process studies.

V. DATA PROCESSING AND ITS REFUSAL. In order to comply with the purposes of this Privacy Notice, as well as to be able to process the Data, the Responsible Party may deliver all or part of the Data to third parties, which may be physical or moral, affiliated or subsidiary companies, including providers of labor outsourcing goods or services, who require to know this information, including information storage servers, who will be obliged, by contract, to maintain the confidentiality of the Data and in accordance with this Privacy Notice. Third-party recipients may be, but are not limited to, industrial, commercial, and/or service companies. The Responsible Party undertakes to have sufficient and necessary legal and security measures to guarantee that your data remains confidential and secure. The Owner must not add personal data that are not required or different from those requested by the Responsible in the fields designated for this, since any contrary conduct does not guarantee the confidentiality of said information. In order for the Holder to express his refusal or revoke the consent for the processing of his personal data, he must contact the Controller through the procedure established for the exercise of the ARCO Rights (whose term is defined below), indicated in Section VI of this Privacy Notice.

VI. EXERCISE OF ARCO RIGHTS. The Holder will have the right to request the Responsible at any time access, rectification, cancellation, or opposition regarding their Data (the “ARCO Rights”), for which they must send a request to the Responsible, at the following address: 487 72 Street, Interior A, Downtown, Mérida, Yuc. 97000, Mexico., or to the email: contacto@lighthousetech.io. The request to exercise ARCO Rights, or to revoke consent to the processing of personal data, must contain and be accompanied by the following: (i) the name, paternal and maternal surname of the Holder; (ii) your address and/or email and/or any other means to communicate the response to your request; (iii) the official documents that prove the identity or, where appropriate, the legal representation of the Holder; (iv) the clear and precise description of the Data with respect to which one seeks to exercise any of the aforementioned rights; and (v) any other element or document that facilitates the location of the Owner’s Data. Once the Responsible party receives the letter from the Holder regarding the exercise of their ARCO Rights, the Responsible within 15 business days will have to analyze, attend and send the Holder the corresponding response. The means of sending the response may be by the form indicated by the Holder or using the same means by which the Holder sent the corresponding letter to the Responsible. VII.COMMUNICATION MECHANISMS. Any communication that the Owner directs to the Responsible party related to this Privacy Notice must be made to the addresses provided for the exercise of ARCO Rights, clearly and precisely mentioning: (i) the name, paternal and maternal surname of the Owner; (ii) your address and/or email and/or any other means to communicate the response to your request; (iii) the official documents that prove the identity or, where appropriate, the legal representation of the Holder; and (iv) a clear and precise description of the object of your communication. In the same way, the Responsible Party will attend and respond to any communication that is addressed to him within 7 business days of having received said letter, either in the same way in which the communication was sent or in the way in which it would have indicated.

VIII. MODIFICATIONS TO THE PRIVACY NOTICE. The Responsible Party may modify this Privacy Notice as many times as it deems necessary, both to be consistent with the applicable legal regulations, at the request of the competent authorities, and/or at our own convenience. As long as the Responsible Party does not modify his identity, more information than those mentioned here is required from the Owner, the purpose of this Privacy Notice is modified and/or the transfer conditions change, the Owner agrees and agrees that the form of notifying any change to this Privacy Notice will be through the corresponding publication on the Internet page www.lighthousetech.io It is the obligation of the Owner to periodically visit said site in order to verify the most current version of the Privacy Notice. IX. ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS. Lighthouse Technologies will treat your information and personal data as confidential and will maintain preventive measures aimed at protecting it against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction, it will not disclose it for any purpose other than that established in this Privacy Notice, except that there is an express authorization from the owner for another purpose. Your information will be treated as confidential and will be managed for the time necessary to achieve the purposes mentioned in this Privacy Notice, which may be updated to reflect changes in our information gathering practices. By accepting this Privacy Notice and registering your sensitive personal data, You acknowledge that you understand and accept the collection and transmission of your information and personal data by Lighthouse Technologies as indicated in this Privacy Notice, in compliance with the provisions of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties. Opposition to the acceptance of this Privacy Notice will result in the impossibility of completing the recruitment and selection process of the requested position.

X. AUTHORITY. If you consider that your rights regarding the protection of personal data have been violated, you have the right to go to the Instituto Nacional de Transparencia, Acceso a la Información y Protección de Datos Personales (INAI) en www.ifai.mx

Declaracion de Privacidad

I. DE LA IDENTIDAD Y DOMICILIO DEL RESPONSABLE., LIGHTHOUSE TECHNOLOGIES SOCIEDAD DE RESPONSABILIDAD LIMITADA DE CAPITAL VARIABLE (el “Responsable” y/o “Lighthouse Technologies”), será el encargado de tratar los datos personales que usted (el “Titular”) nos proporcione. Para los efectos señalados en el presente Aviso de Privacidad, el Responsable señala como su domicilio el ubicado en la Calle 72 Numero 487, entre 59 y 57, Interior A, Centro, Mérida, Yuc. México 97000 

II. DE LOS DATOS PERSONALES QUE SERÁN SOMETIDOS A TRATAMIENTO. Los datos personales que el Titular proporcione a través del llenado y remisión física o electrónica y que serán sometidos a tratamiento son: (i) nombre(s), apellido paterno y apellido materno; (ii) domicilio; (iii) correo electrónico; (iv) número de teléfono, celular y/o fax; (v) fotografía; (vi) información sobre grados académicos (vii) lo relativo a historial académico y laboral (empleos anteriores); (viii) y datos relativos a interés en puestos de trabajo; (ix) aptitudes y capacidades; y (x) pretensiones laborales (incluyendo sueldo) (los “Datos”).

III. DE LOS DATOS PERSONALES SENSIBLES. El Responsable no solicitará en forma alguna, y el Titular no proporcionará en ningún momento al Responsable, “datos personales sensibles”, es decir, aquellos datos personales íntimos o cuya utilización indebida pueda dar origen a discriminación o conlleve un riesgo grave para el Titular. El Titular se obliga a no proporcionar al Responsable ninguna información relativa a su origen racial o étnico, creencias religiosas, filosóficas y/o morales, afiliación sindical, opiniones políticas y/o preferencia sexual. En caso de que el Titular proporcione datos sensibles a través de documentos entregados físicamente o vía correo electrónico, acepta y consiente que los mismos sean tratados conforme a los términos y condiciones del sitio web y a su Aviso de Privacidad, siendo obligación del Titular no proporcionar este tipo de datos a terceros.

IV. DEL USO A SUS DATOS. Sus Datos serán tratados para las siguientes finalidades: Primarias.- • Para la cotización, seguimiento, actualización y confirmación en cuanto a productos y servicios por contratar o ya contratadas. • Para afiliar, bajo alguna de las diversas categorías, a los interesados en formalizar relaciones de negocios con Lighthouse Technologies. • Para evaluación y ponderación de selección de personal, así como para la formalización de contratación de servicios profesionales o laborales que requiera Lighthouse Technologies, incluyendo: (i) Procesos de contratación laboral o de prestación de servicios; (ii) Entrega de referencias en caso de que otra persona o empresa solicite informes sobre posibles candidatos a un puesto, trabajo, cargo o comisión. • Para el cumplimiento de cualquier obligación jurídica derivada de las relaciones entre el titular y Lighthouse Technologies.

Mercadotécnicas.- • Para el envío de promociones, ofertas y propaganda de Lighthouse Technologies así como el ofrecimiento de nuevos productos y servicios.

Accesorias.- • Para la evaluación de la calidad del servicio brindado; realizar estudios internos de calidad y de procesos.

V. DEL TRATAMIENTO DE LOS DATOS Y SU NEGATIVA. Para poder cumplir con las finalidades de este Aviso de Privacidad, así como para poder tratar los Datos, es posible que el Responsable entregue todo o parte de los Datos a terceras personas, las que podrán ser físicas o morales, empresas filiales o subsidiarias, incluyendo proveedores de bienes o servicios de outsourcing laboral, que requieran conocer esta información, incluyendo servidores de almacenamiento de información, quienes quedarán obligados, por contrato, a mantener la confidencialidad de los Datos y conforme a este Aviso de Privacidad. Los terceros receptores, podrán ser, de forma enunciativa, más no limitativa, empresas industriales, comerciales y/o de servicios. El Responsable se compromete a contar con las medidas legales y de seguridad suficientes y necesarias para garantizar que sus Datos  permanezcan confidenciales y seguros. El Titular no deberá añadir datos personales no requeridos o diferentes a aquellos solicitados por el Responsable en los campos designados para ello, ya que cualquier conducta contraria no garantiza la confidencialidad de dicha información. A efecto de que el Titular pueda manifestar su negativa o revocar el consentimiento para el tratamiento de sus datos personales, deberá dirigirse al Responsable por medio del procedimiento establecido para el ejercicio de los Derechos ARCO (cuyo término se define más adelante), señalado en la Sección VI del presente Aviso de Privacidad.

VI. DEL EJERCICIO DE LOS DERECHOS ARCO. El Titular tendrá derecho para solicitar al Responsable en cualquier momento el acceso, rectificación, cancelación u oposición respecto de sus Datos (los “Derechos ARCO”), para lo cual deberá enviar una solicitud al Responsable, a la siguiente dirección: Calle 72 Numero 487, entre 59 y 57, Interior A, Centro, Mérida, Yuc. México 97000 o al correo electrónico: contacto@lighthousetech.io La solicitud para ejercer los Derechos ARCO, o para revocar el consentimiento al tratamiento de los datos personales, deberá contener y estar acompañada de lo siguiente: (i) el nombre, apellido paterno y materno del Titular; (ii) su domicilio y/o correo electrónico y/o cualquier otro medio para comunicarle la respuesta a su solicitud; (iii) los documentos oficiales que acrediten la identidad o, en su caso, la representación legal del Titular; (iv) la descripción clara y precisa de los Datos respecto de los que se busca ejercer alguno de los derechos antes mencionados; y (v) cualquier otro elemento o documento que facilite la localización de los Datos del Titular. Una vez que el Responsable reciba el escrito del Titular referente al ejercicio de sus Derechos ARCO, el Responsable dentro de los 15 días hábiles tendrá que analizar, atender y enviar al Titular la respuesta correspondiente. El medio del envío de la respuesta podrá ser por la forma que indique el Titular o utilizando el mismo medio por el cual el Titular le hizo llegar el correspondiente escrito al Responsable.

VII. DE LOS MECANISMOS DE COMUNICACIÓN. Cualquier comunicación que el Titular dirija al Responsable relacionada al presente Aviso de Privacidad, deberá realizarse a las direcciones proporcionadas para el ejercicio de los Derechos ARCO, mencionando de manera clara y precisa: (i) el nombre, apellido paterno y materno del Titular; (ii) su domicilio y/o correo electrónico y/o cualquier otro medio para comunicarle la respuesta a su solicitud; (iii) los documentos oficiales que acrediten la identidad o, en su caso, la representación legal del Titular; y (iv) la descripción clara y precisa del objeto de su comunicación. De la misma manera, el Responsable atenderá y responderá cualquier comunicación que le sea dirigida dentro de los 7 días hábiles al haber recibido dicho escrito, ya sea en la misma forma en el que le hicieron llegar la comunicación o en la forma en que hubiesen indicado.

VIII. DE LAS MODIFICACIONES AL AVISO DE PRIVACIDAD. El Responsable podrá modificar el presente Aviso de Privacidad tantas veces como considere necesario, tanto para guardar congruencia con los ordenamientos legales aplicables, a petición de las autoridades competentes y/o a nuestra propia conveniencia. En tanto el Responsable no modifique su identidad, se requieran del Titular más datos de los aquí mencionados, se modifique el fin del presente Aviso de Privacidad y/o cambien las condiciones de transferencia, el Titular está de acuerdo y conforme en que la forma de notificar cualquier cambio a este Aviso de Privacidad, será a través de la publicación correspondiente en la página de Internet www.lighthousetech.io Es obligación del Titular visitar periódicamente dicho sitio a fin de verificar la versión más actual del Aviso de Privacidad. Para los casos en que el consentimiento del Titular sea necesario por los cambios realizados al presente Aviso de Privacidad, el Responsable le hará llegar el aviso correspondiente a cualquiera de los medios de contacto que el Titular nos haya brindado; se entenderá que el Titular acepta dicho Aviso hasta que no recibamos cualquier comunicación en sentido contrario.

IX. DE LA ACEPTACIÓN DE LOS TÉRMINOS. Lighthouse Technologies tratará su información y datos personales como confidenciales y mantendrá medidas preventivas dirigidas a protegerla contra pérdida, mal uso, acceso no autorizado, alteración o destrucción, no la divulgará para otro propósito que no sea el establecido en el presente Aviso de Privacidad, salvo que exista autorización expresa del titular para otro fin. Su información será tratada como confidencial y será administrada durante el tiempo necesario para lograr los fines mencionados en el presente Aviso de Privacidad, el cual podrá actualizarse para reflejar los cambios en nuestras prácticas para recabar información. Al aceptar este Aviso de Privacidad y dar de alta sus datos personales sensibles, Usted reconoce que entiende y acepta la recopilación y transmisión de su información y datos personales por parte de Lighthouse Technologies según se señala en el presente Aviso de Privacidad, en cumplimiento a lo dispuesto en la Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de Particulares. La oposición a la aceptación del presente Aviso de Privacidad traerá como consecuencia la imposibilidad para finalizar el proceso de reclutamiento y selección del puesto solicitado.

X. AUTORIDAD. Si considera que han sido vulnerados sus derechos respecto de la protección de datos personales, tiene el derecho de acudir ante el Instituto Nacional de Transparencia, Acceso a la Información y Protección de Datos Personales (INAI) en www.ifai.mx
